5. Orders

You fill your cart, check out, and receive an email. Contract complete. If the stock is sold out or the payment fails, we may cancel and provide a refund. No drama, just clarity.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Standard Returns

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your gear for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and include proof of purchase.

Exchanges

If the size, fit, or style isn’t right, we’ll swap it for another item of equal value, subject to availability.

Refunds

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Final Sale Items

Customized gear, limited drops, and discounted/sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Quality Guarantee

If your item has a manufacturing defect, reach out. We’ll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. Normal wear and tear doesn’t count as a defect.

How to Start a Return

We stand by our gear. If it fails you due to defects (not misuse), reach out. We’ll work to make it right.

8. Intellectual Property

The BLCKSHP name, logo, slogans, and designs are ours. Coping without permission will be shut down.

9. User Conduct

Respect the space. Don’t misuse our site: no hacking, data scraping, spamming, illegal activity, or anything that wrecks the experience for others. If you do, we can cut your access immediately.
